Our typical grants range between $300.00 - $400.00.  In order to be considered for a grant, we require a completed grant application, income documentation (pay stub, benefits award letter, tax returns), diagnosis, prognosis and estimate of treatment cost from your vet.  Please note that we do not pay for diagnostics or on-going medication.
